Using the Bot Gallery

The Bot Gallery is an upcoming feature that will let you browse and use pre-built bot templates to get started quickly. Instead of building a bot from scratch, you’ll be able to pick a ready-made template and customize it for your business.

You may already see a From gallery button on your Dashboard next to the “+ New Bot” button — this is where the Bot Gallery will be accessible once it launches.

What to Expect

The Bot Gallery will include templates for common use cases like customer support, lead generation, FAQ bots, appointment booking, and more. Each template will come with a pre-built flow and suggested settings that you can customize to match your business.
