Two big modes
Your bot can work in two ways. Pick the one that fits you.
- Flow Builder — you design a step-by-step conversation. Best when you want to collect emails, ask multiple-choice questions, or guide visitors through a sales path.
- Standalone AI Chat — the bot just talks like a person. Best when visitors come with their own questions.
You can change modes any time in AI Knowledge Studio.
