Connecting Klaviyo
Send your bot's leads straight into Klaviyo using Make.com.
Klaviyo is the most powerful email tool for online stores. Your bot can send every lead it collects straight into your Klaviyo list — name, email, and phone included. From there, Klaviyo welcome flows and campaigns take over.
There is no direct Klaviyo field in the bot settings. The connection goes through Make.com (a Premium plan feature). It takes about 15 minutes to set up.
What you need
- A bot on the Premium plan (Make, Zapier, and webhooks are Premium features — see Plans).
- A free Make.com account.
- A Klaviyo account with at least one list.
Step 1: Create the webhook in Make
- In Make, create a new Scenario.
- Add a Webhooks → Custom webhook module as the first step.
- Click Add to create a new webhook and copy its URL.
Step 2: Paste the webhook into your bot
- Open your bot → Settings → Integrations.
- Paste the URL into the Make Webhook URL field.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Send a test chat
Have a short test conversation with your bot (use the preview) and give it a name and email. After the timer runs out (about 5 minutes), the data is sent to Make.
In Make, click Run once on the webhook — it will catch the test data so Make learns what the fields look like.
Tip: Turn on AI Lead Extraction in AI Knowledge Studio. Then the name, email, and phone arrive as separate clean fields — much easier to map.
Step 4: Add Klaviyo to the scenario
- In Make, add a Klaviyo module after the webhook.
- Choose Subscribe Profile to List (or "Create/Update Profile").
- Connect your Klaviyo account.
- Map the fields: email → email, name → first name, phone → phone number.
- Pick the Klaviyo list where leads should land.
- Turn the scenario On.
Done. Every lead your bot collects now lands in Klaviyo automatically.

The lead is in your list — now make it work:
- Welcome flow — a series of 2–4 emails that introduce your store and offer a first-purchase discount.
- Abandoned cart flow — bring back visitors who didn't buy.
- Campaigns — send your monthly offers to everyone the bot has collected.
