This guide gives you a complete overview of your main dashboard. When you first log in, this is the central hub where you can create, manage, and see the performance of all your chatbots.

1. Main Navigation

The left-hand sidebar gives you quick access to the most important areas of the platform.

  • Dashboard: Takes you back to this main overview page.
  • Widget Style: Customize the look and feel of your chatbot widget (colors, icon, position).
  • Responses: View all the leads and data your chatbots have collected.
  • Support: Get help or contact us if you have questions.

2. Bots Overview

This section gives you a quick, at-a-glance summary of your chatbot performance.

  • Last 7 Days Leads: How many new leads were captured this week.
  • Last 14 Days Leads: How many new leads were captured in the last two weeks.
  • Total Leads: The total number of leads captured since you started.

3. My Bots

This is where all your created chatbots are listed. From here, you can manage each one individually.

  • New Bot: Click this to start building a new chatbot from scratch.
  • From gallery: Choose a pre-built template to get started even faster.
  • Search all bots: Quickly find a specific bot by name.

For each bot in the list, you have several options:

  • Edit: Opens the Flow Builder or AI Knowledge Studio to modify the bot’s conversation.
  • Settings: Access the bot’s specific settings, like its name or lead notification emails.
  • Embed: Get the code to install the chatbot on your website.
  • Move: Organize your bots into folders.
  • Duplicate: Create an exact copy of an existing bot.
  • Delete: Permanently remove a bot.
