Once your chatbot is live, it will start collecting valuable information. Knowing where to find and how to analyze these conversations is key to understanding your customers and improving your bot. This guide shows you where to find your chat logs and leads.

1. Viewing Leads and Responses (Responses Section)

The Responses section is where you can find all the data your chatbots have successfully collected, such as leads captured through a Lead block in the Flow Builder.

  1. From the main navigation, click on Responses.
  2. Here you will see a table of all the leads your bots have captured.
  3. You can filter the responses by bot or by date range to narrow down the results.
  4. Click Export to download a CSV file of your leads.

This section is perfect for quickly accessing the contact information of users who have shown interest.

2. Analyzing Full Conversations (AI Chat Log)

To see the full transcript of every conversation, you need to go to the AI Chat Log. This is especially useful for AI-powered bots, as it lets you see exactly what questions users are asking and how your bot is responding.

  1. Open the bot you want to analyze from the main Dashboard.
  2. In the bot editor menu, click on AI Chat Log.
  3. You will see a list of all the recent conversations this bot has had.
  4. Click on any conversation to see the full chat transcript.

Use the AI Chat Log to:

  • Identify common questions that your bot is failing to answer. This is a great way to find new content to add to your Knowledge Base.
  • Understand your customers’ needs and pain points.
  • Review the bot’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
